The raising of the water levels on Lake Wright Patman has been a contested issue for those around the lake for many years now. The old viaduct bridge is now being demolished as the second wave of construction is about to begin. It is sad to see the bridge go but the new bridge will be so much safer. This video gives you a good comparison from underneath showing the difference between the old bridge and the new bridge.
