The Redwater Volunteer Fire Department hosts their annual bass tournament to raise funds for the department. The event will be held on Saturday, April 9, at Wright Patman Lake Sportsman’s Cove.

The Redwater Volunteer Fire Department is gearing up for their annual bass tournament to be held on Saturday, April 9, at Wright Patman Lake Sportsman’s Cove.

The second annual Big Bass Fishing Tournament to benefit the Brooke Howard Memorial Scholarship fund is Saturday, May 16 from 6 a.m. to 2 p.m. at at Millwood Lake -- Yarborough Landing. First place receives $1,000 and there are three places paid per hour. This event will be a lot of fun and help out a great cause.

The Annual Redwater Volunteer Fire Department Bass Tournament will be Saturday, April 4, at Wright Patman Lake Sportsman’s Cove. It will be a beautiful day to fish! There is still time to sign up for the tournament whether you are an amateur, a first time tournament goer or a regular fisherman, this will be a great event and it benefits a wonderful cause.
