Could these bans leak out to the general public of Texas?

Beyonce is all about female empowerment. After penning a feminist essay earlier this year,  the singer appears in the newly launched "Ban Bossy" campaign, which is organized by Facebook COO Sheryl Sandberg's Lean In foundation and the Girl Scouts.

Katy Perry's "Dark Horse" video shows the singer as an Egyptian queen, Katy-Patra, who systematically destroys suitors who come to her bearing gifts, turning the men into sand.  But one particular scene in the video has offended some Muslims so much that they've launched a petition to get it banned from YouTube.

A hardware store in Miami said it has adopted a ban on pennies.
