Back to school means back to driving cautiously in and around school zones in the Texarkana area.

Even though it is hard to believe, it will be back to school for Texarkana kids next week.

The Ninth annual "Stuff The Bus" school supply drive is underway.

Can you believe that school starts back up in just a little over a month? I have two kids in school and we always need to get started on this list early, so I am happy the TISD schools released their back to school supply list.

Stuff the Bus is still in need of donations and volunteers to help collect on Saturday, Aug. 12. Many kids will not have the supplies they need to go back to school unless you help Stuff-The-Bus by donating school supplies so kids are ready for the first day of school.

Back to school shopping is made cheaper when you can avoid having to pay taxes in the items you need to fill the kid's backpacks. This year’s Texas side sales tax holiday is Friday, Aug. 11 through Sunday, Aug. 13.
