The 10th annual "Stuff The Bus" school supply drive is underway with an event this Saturday.

With school in full swing for most of Texarkana it may be time to go over those school zone traffic laws to keep the kids safe, and you from getting a ticket.

Back to school means back to driving cautiously in and around school zones in the Texarkana area.

Even though it is hard to believe, it will be back to school for Texarkana kids next week.

Can you believe that school starts back up in just a little over a month? I have two kids in school and we always need to get started on this list early, so I am happy the TISD schools released their back to school supply list.

School starts today for Texarkana, Arkansas and Pleasant Grove schools too. It's time to go over some of the laws and guidelines for driving in school zones and school buses.

Free admission. Free vaccinations. Free health screenings. Just in time for school to start, get your child’s vaccinations updated during Wild About Wellness on Saturday, Aug. 12 from 9AM to 12PM, at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center.

Stuff the Bus is still in need of donations and volunteers to help collect on Saturday, Aug. 12. Many kids will not have the supplies they need to go back to school unless you help Stuff-The-Bus by donating school supplies so kids are ready for the first day of school.

Back to school shopping is made cheaper when you can avoid having to pay taxes in the items you need to fill the kid's backpacks. This year’s Texas side sales tax holiday is Friday, Aug. 11 through Sunday, Aug. 13.

The Texarkana Texas Independent School District would like to inform parents and students about important back to school dates this month.

Whether you have insurance or not, you can get your child's vaccinations up to date at the Wild About Wellness Children's Health Fair on Saturday, Aug. 12 from 9AM to 12PM, at the Four States Fairgrounds Entertainment Center.
