Register for the Walk/Run For Life in Texarkana

The Walk, Run For Life to benefit First Choice Pregnancy Resource Center in Texarkana will be Saturday, May 4, in Spring Lake Park.

Events this year walk, 5k, 10k and the 1-mile Fun Run for kids. Registration for the 5k and 10k starts at 7 AM and the races start at 7:30 AM. Awards will be given for first, second, and third place for male and female in each age category. There is even a stroller division.

Kristie Wright, Executive Director of First Choice Pregnancy Center said:

" All funds stay in the community and go directly toward client services, and allow us to further our mission of empowering clients to choose life."

Walk registration begins at 7:30 AM at pavilion 1 and the race will begin at pavilion 2 near the airplane at 8 AM, and the walk starts at 9:30 AM after the awards ceremony.
