It's time once again for the annual Texarkana Radio Control Flying Club's "Fly-In" at Ravel Stroman Field at Lake Wright Patman starting Friday, October 2 and going through Sunday, October 4.

Flying starts each day at 8:30 AM till and continues through dark each day, night flying is possible. Tehe event will end at 1 PM Sunday.

Pilots from Central Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Missouri, and more will be showing off their planes and flying skills in just about every type of airplane and helicopter you can imagine, even jets: Military, Civilian, Aerobatic, Sailplanes and Vintage War Planes.

From 12" foamies to 18' plywood and balsa wood planes, and powerplants from small electric motors up to 342cc gas engines an yes, real jets.

Admission is FREE for all spectators with modest concessions available.

Flyers have a $25 "Landing Fee" which includes lunch on Saturday. Overnight camping is allowed but no hookups are available.
