Another tiny town in Benton County in Northwest Arkansas with a population of only around 700 people. The average household income is $102,000 with the median home value estimated at around $400,000.

Located in Pulaski County is a small residential area near Little Rock. With a population of only 778 in the 2020 census, the average home income is $112,045. The median home value is around $284,592
