Senior Expo - Friday
The Senior Expo is back! If you are 55 or older and looking for information about health, finances, senior services and everyday life, here is the event you don't want to miss! The 2026 Senior Expo is Friday, September 18, from 9 AM to noon at the Texarkana, Texas Convention Center, 4610 Cowhorn Creek Loop, across from Central Mall. Farmers' Market - Saturday
Gateway Farmers Market (Arkansas side) opens at 7 AM and goes to noon. Located at 602 East Jefferson in Texarkana, Arkansas.
Legacy Heart Walk - Saturday
The Legacy Heart Walk brings heart health education, prevention and movement.
The event is from 8 AM to Noon at Bringle Lake Park.
The goal? To bring everyone together for at least one hour of fitness and fellowship. There will be different levels of exercise from seated exercises to a short group walk to a 5.8-mile walk/run. More details at the Facebook events page
Motorcycle Poker Run Fundraiser - Saturday

Miller County Fair Friday & Saturday - Fouke, Arkansas
Two nights of family fun, live entertainment, shopping, and rodeo action. It all takes place at the Miller County Fairgrounds on Friday, September 18 and Saturday, September 19. Tacos N' Tunes Tres Music and Golf Tournament Benefit - Sunday & Monday
Get ready to enjoy a great event with great live music and food on Sunday. Then it's the big golf tournament on Monday. This event benefits CASA and the Texarkana Children’s Advocacy Center, both making a difference in the lives of children in our area.
