Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council - Friday and Saturday
Texarkana Regional Arts & Humanities Council is hosting the 38th Annual Adult Juried Exhibition. See over 100 original works from local, national and international artists selected by juror Emily Budd. The event is free and open to the public, Wednesday through Saturday from 10 AM to 4 PM.
