More Than a Meal, Here’s How Texarkana is Saluting First Responders This Weekend

Texarkana is coming together to show well-earned appreciation for the men and women who serve on the front lines every day. It's The Spring 1st Responder Thank You Lunch this Saturday, March 21, offering a simple but meaningful way to say “thank you” to local heroes.

Honoring Our First Responders Saturday, March 21, in Texarkana

The event, hosted by East Street Pawn and Jewelry in Texarkana from 11 AM to 1 PM, will feature a delicious pulled pork lunch. In partnership with the Fallen Bikers Memorial Wall, it will be a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by first responders and those who have given their lives in service.

Free Lunch for First Responders at East Street Pawn & Jewelry in Texarkana

All first responders are invited to enjoy a FREE meal, which includes pulled pork, chips, and a drink. The public is welcome to come eat too. Plates will be available for $10 for the public.
