The Texarkana, Arkansas, Police Department has obtained arrest warrants for Dennis Johnson Jr. following an investigation into allegations of misconduct involving a minor. Johnson was employed as a coach at Arkansas High School at the time of the reported incidents.

TAPD Investigation Into High School Coach Leads to Arrest Warrants

According to the TAPD Facebook page, earlier this month (Feb. 2026), an investigation began after a juvenile victim reported inappropriate actions taken by Johnson, the alleged suspect. After investigators reviewed all the evidence, detectives established probable cause for the charges of Sexual Assault in the Second Degree and Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor.
