Scam: Phone Call Fraud Alert for Farmers Bank and Trust Customers

Farmers Bank and Trust throughout Arkansas and Little River County have recently seen an increase in fraudulent activity targeting their customers, including not only text scams but now phone calls as well.

Scammers are posing as the bank's Fraud Department, even spoofing their 800 number which appears legitimate. These callers ask for card numbers and expiration dates, this is a scam don’t fall for it.

Remember:

Farmers Bank and Trust will NEVER ask for your card details, PIN, or any personal information over the phone.

If you receive a suspicious call or text, hang up immediately and do not provide any information.
