The Pulley Bone Last Day Thursday, October 30, 2025
People who have eaten at the Pulley Bone have raved about their homemade meatloaf, chicken-fried steak, catfish, homestyle breakfast, especially the biscuits, and gravy.
"Serving you has been an honor, and we are proud of the community we've built together, owner Don Baughman and Pulley Bone staff."
While this chapter may be coming to an end, the memories and connections made over the past 5 years remain forever. The good news is that this is not the end of the journey; Baughman's next venture is Clementine's Breakfast and BBQ in Hooks, Texas.

New Restaurant Coming to Hooks, Texas
The new restaurant will be located in the Rammage Farm produce market, where the silo still stands right off I-30 West at 901 Main Street. The current owner of the Pulley Bone, Don Baughman, hopes to have Clementine's Breakfast and BBQ operational within the next two months. There is still a lot of work to be done to make the transition, but once they open, it will be take-out only for at least 4 months. Baughman has 45+ years in the restaurant business, so you know it's going to be good.

If you want to enjoy one of your favorite dishes at the Pulley Bone one last time, you have until this Thursday, October 30. Visit their Facebook page here.
