The Arkansas Police are working hard to find and arrest people who exploit and harm children. Last week, they were able to find and arrest and man from Hope on 100 counts of distributing, possessing or viewing material that depicted sexually explicit conduct with a child. 

According to the Arkansas State Police press release,

It all took place on Monday, July 8 when agents with the Arkansas State Police's Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (ICAC) were able to arrest Rodney Lee Watson, who is  71 years of age from Hope, Arkansas.

The arrest came after a search warrant was issued stemming from a cyber tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.

The investigation led to Watson being charged with 100 counts of distributing, possessing, or viewing material depicting sexually explicit conduct involving a child.

ICAC Agents arrested Watson and transported him to the Hempstead County Detention Center. Watson’s bond was set at $250,000.
