Heavy Rain For Central Arkansas

The National Weather Service predicts that central Arkansas will be hit the hardest with heavy rain and downpours that could cause flash flooding in low-lying areas Some areas could receive up to 4 inches of total rainfall. If you live in an area that is prone to flooding be prepared for local flooding and road conditions to deteriorate quickly during torrential downpours. Although some rain is expected today much of the heavier rain is expected on Thursday across much of the state. Winds could be gusty and possible hail could accompany some storms, according to THV11.

Heavy Rain In The South

Temperatures will be in the 60s and lows in the 40s in the central part of the state while temperatures in the southern part will be in the upper 60s with a 50 percent chance of rain on Wednesday and a 100 percent chance of rain on Thursday.
