Fun at Season of Lights Drive-Thru Christmas Park in New Boston
One of the area's favorite Christmas attractions is back open for the 2023 holiday season. Are you ready for the "Season of Lights" in New Boston, Texas?
Season of Lights is a drive-thru experience that has been entertaining guests of all ages for several years now in this tight-knit East Texas community and just a short drive from Texarkana.
The Season of Lights and Entertainment Center promises to be bigger and brighter than ever with more lights and displays that will give the piney woods a magical glow.
The magic of the holiday season comes alive on each lighted display as you wind through the woods making your way to the entertainment center or as I like to call it the big barn where you can delight in some hot chocolate, coffee, Kettle corn popcorn, and snacks.
Kids will enjoy playing some reindeer games and can even visit Santa Claus and purchase a photo with the Jolly Old Elf. Can you figure out which one is Santa?
There will be vendor booths with holiday merchandise and unique hand-made items you can purchase and if you are really hungry a food vendor will be on hand.
While you are in the entertainment center make sure you take a picture of all the decorated Christmas trees, each tree has a different holiday theme and there are plenty of props for taking a picture like this lovely couple.
Make sure you get a photo at the manger scene outside the venue. This represents the true meaning of Christmas and the reason for the season.
