Texarkana’s Popular ‘Movies in The Park’ Returns in October
As the temperatures start cooling down from the summer heat, we are all ready for fall events. One of those treasured events is Movies in The Park at Spring Lake Park in Texarkana and it returns in October.
The fall movie lineup will begin on Thursday, October 10 and will continue on Thursday, October 17 and Thursday, October 24.
'Movies in the Park' is a free event presented by the City of Texarkana, Texas. Each movie will begin at sundown approximately at 6:45 PM.
Inside Out 2 - Thursday, October 10th
Riley’s voices in her head knew her best 'inside and out'. In Inside Out 2 Riley gets to enjoy a new emotion - Anxiety.
E.T. - Thursday, October 17th
Before this movie, there will be the Annual Fall Festival at Spring Lake Park with bounce houses, costume contests, hayrides and more starting at 4:30 PM and ending with the showing of E.T. Don't miss the chance to see this classic movie from Steven Spielberg. Relive the magic with your kids. It's hard to believe this movie is now 44 years old and still timeless.
The Town That Dreaded Sundown - Thursday, October 24th
The showing of the original movie in October at Spring Lake Park has become a tradition you do not want to miss.
