Get ready for the first time the CPKC Holiday Train is headed to Texarkana this Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

Texarkana Stop

The Canadian Pacific holiday train will be coming in via the Kansas City rails and this will mark the very first journey to Texarkana. The train is scheduled to make a stop at West 4th Street east of Leila Street at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. The CPKC Holiday Train is also scheduled to make a stop in Shreveport, Louisiana, and Mena, Arkansas before departing on its 80-stop tour in North America as part of its 25th Anniversary celebration. The  CPKC Holiday train arrives decorated with a ton of brightly festive LED lights and holiday designs and some musical guests who will entertain the spectators. Performing at the Texarkana visit will be musical guests Seaforth and Kiesza. Seaforth is a country music duo from Australia and Kiesza is a Canadian pop singer-songwriter she is also the face of top fashion brands Fendi and Maison Birks.

The holiday train is expected to stay until its departure around 5:15 p,m so get there early so you don't miss out on any of the fun.

About the CPKC Holiday Train

The 2023 Holiday Train tours Canada and the United States from November 20, through December 19, raising money for local food banks and bringing awareness to the importance of food banks and the hard work they do to help the community. The CPKC crew will be making a donation to the local food bank when they arrive at their scheduled stop.
