2024 New Boston Pioneer Days Complete List of Events

The 2024 New Boston Pioneer Days Festival is coming up on August 9-17, on Highway 82 and Ellis Street presented by the Boston Entertainment District.

Pioneer Days August 9-17

This premiere East Texas festival promises to be bigger and better than ever before with a variety of crafts, food, carnival rides, a parade, rodeo action, and live concerts during this 9-day event.

Pioneer Days Rodeo August 9-10

Get ready for two big action-packed rodeo nights at 8 PM on August 9-10, brought to you by the New Boston Round-up Club Rodeo at T&P Trailhead Park. On Saturday, August 10, following the rodeo, there will be a street dance with live music from the Shelton Band.

2024 Car Show

In addition, there will be a huge car show starting at 10 AM on Saturday, August 10, in historic downtown New Boston. From classic cars, antique cars and trucks, lowriders, jeeps, hot rods, rat rods, stock, custom, and even motorcycles.

Sunday, August 11 - Gospel Show

Enjoy live gospel music beginning at 6:30 PM at T&P Trailhead Park.

Monday August 12 - Karaoke

Come out and join in on the fun with Karaoke Night with Fabienne Thrash at 6:30 PM.

Tuesday, August 13 -  Live Concert

Enjoy a live concert from Micheal Rhodes and the Jive Band a rhythm and blues band that will get you on your feet and dancing at Trailhead Park starting at 6:30.

Wednesday, August 14 -  Carnival Rides

Family fun at the carnival with rides, fair food, and more starting at 6 PM. At 6:30 PM hang around for a country concert with local singer-songwriter Lane Bricker.

Thursday, August 15 - Elvis Tribute Show

Carnival rides at 6 PM and then ready for Jake Williams as he pays homage to the King of Rock n' Roll with an incredible Elvis Tribute Show at 6:30 PM at T&P Trailhead Park. Elvis fans you do not want to miss this show!

Friday, August 16 -  Jerrod Niemann Concert

Carnival rides at 6 PM. Country artist Jerrod Niemann takes the stage at T&P Trailhead Park at 8:30 PM performing all his biggest hits such as "Lover. Lover," "Drink To That All Night," and "One More Drinking Song," to name a few.

Saturday, August 17 - Kentucky Headhunters

The 53rd Annual Pioneer Days Parade starts the day at 10 AM honoring the 1984 New Boston State Basketball Champs. Other events include the following:

• Pancake Breakfast - 7 AM New Boston Community Center
• The Anthony Price Band (country) -  11 AM at T&P Trailhead Park
• Carnival Rides - 11 AM
• Mud Run - Noon behind the NB Pharmacy

The Pioneer Days Festival ends with an amazing concert with The Kentucky Headhunters at T&P Trailhead Park performing the hits "Dumas Walker," "Oh Lonesome Me," and "Honky Tonk Walkin' just to name a few.
