2023 Santa’s List of Christmas Parades Around Texarkana Area
It's about that time of year again for Christmas parades around the Texarkana area. With a little careful planning, you could make several parades this year that will help you get into the holiday mood.
Once again, yours truly along with a little help from Santa we compiled a list of some of the best parades around the Texarkana surrounding area in 2023. All these parades are guaranteed to warm your heart and put a smile on your child's face this holiday season.
2023 Christmas Parades
December 2 - 5:30 PM Atlanta
The Atlanta Area Christmas Parade is on Saturday, Dec. 2, the theme this year is " A Cass County Christmas." The parade begins at the intersection of Park Street and Main Street. The parade will continue down Main Street before turning north on East Street, then east on Hiram, and then turning north on Williams Street to disperse. See the parade route here.
December 2 - 6:30 PM New Boston
The annual New Boston Christmas Parade is on Saturday. Dec. 2, the theme this year is "Hard Candy Christmas" Dolly Parton would appreciate that. Immediately following the parade stick around for the downtown tree-lighting ceremony and the arrival of Santa Claus by helicopter at Trail Head Park. Sip and Shop with participating area merchants until 9 PM.

December 2 - 6 PM Foreman
The annual Foreman, Arkansas Christmas Parade starts at 6 PM in downtown Foreman on Saturday, Dec. 2.
December 4 - 7 PM Texarkana
The 39th Annual Main Street Christmas Parade begins at 7 PM in downtown historic Texarkana. Come see lighted floats, camels, decorated holiday windows, school bands, and the highlight of the parade Santa Claus. Go here to see the parade route.
This year's theme is " Celebrating 150 Years of Texarkana History." Don't forget about the Christmas Market from 5 -7 PM with downtown merchants and vendors.
December 4 - 6 PM Ashdown
The Little River Chamber of Commerce is proud to present the annual Ashdown Christmas Parade in downtown Ashdown on Monday, Dec. 4. In addition, the Little River Chamber of Commerce will host the 2023 Christmas Open House on Dec.2-3.
December 4 - 6 PM Hope
The Hope-Hempstead County Chamber of Commerce is hosting the annual Christmas Parade on Monday, Dec. 4, at 6 PM in downtown Hope. This year the theme is "A Storybook Christmas" and hang around after the parade for the annual Christmas tree lighting at the Train Depot and Cookies with Santa sponsored by Junior Auxiliary of Hope at the outdoor area of Tailgaters. December 5 - 6 PM Redwater
The 10th annual Redwater Hometown Christmas is scheduled for Tuesday, Dec. 5, at 6 PM. The parade is going back to the neighborhood by the middle school. There will be singing and food for the community and this year's theme is"And That’s What Christmas is All About, Charlie Brown." Go to their Facebook page for the parade route.
