The 2026 Big Bass Splash on Sam Rayburn is Coming April 17-19

The Sealy Outdoors Big Bass Splash is coming up April 17,18, and 19 on Lake Sam Rayburn. This year's amateur fishing tournament features $590,000 in GUARANTEED cash and prizes. The tournament headquarters and weigh-in location will once again be at Umphrey Family Pavilion.

The angler who brings in the overall biggest bass of the tournament will win a prize package that includes a Phoenix 921 Elite Bass Boat powered by a Mercury 250 PXS TM, equipped with Minn Kota, Hummingbird, and Power Pole. The champion will also win a new Dodge pickup truck and $10,000 cash. The 2nd-place overall angler wins $20,000 in cash; 3rd place - $15,000; 4th place - $10,000; and 5th place - $5,000.

Over $250,000 In Hourly Cash Payouts

15 places will be paid each hour of each tournament day, beginning with the 7-8 am hour and continuing through the 1-2 pm hour for the 15 single heaviest bass weighed in. The breakdown for the hourly payouts is as follows:

• 1st - $2500
• 2nd - $1500
• 3rd - $1000
• 4th - $900
• 5th - $800
• 6th - $750
• 7th - 700
• 8th - $650
• 9th - $600
• 10th - $550
• 11th - $500
• 12th - $450
• 13th - $400
• 14th - $350
• 15th - $300

Exact Weight Payouts Totalling $45,000

The contestants who weigh in the first 3.00/4.00/5.00 exact weight bass each day of the tournament will be awarded $5,000 at the Sunday Awards Ceremony. For any unclaimed exact weight bass not caught, the money will go into a drawing among all paid contestants at the Sunday Awards Ceremony.

Elimination Drawing For A New Boat

All contestants will be eligible to win a Phoenix 819 Pro powered by Mercury 200 PXS TM, equipped with Minn Kota and Hummingbird. The drawing will be at the Sunday Awards Ceremony. All contestants must be present to win.
