I’m exhausted. All I want to do is sleep. So many other people in Texarkana have had sinus issues just like mine so I thought it was just a sinus infection but now that I’m replaying the last few weeks in my head I remember days of feeling dizzy and one day of a fever spiking. I think I had the flu. What can I do about it now?

I got the flu shot to help prevent getting the flu which is good because otherwise I would have been really sick. I’m guessing I had a milder version of the flu since I didn’t get tested to know for sure. Mild or not, I still feel fatigued with a wicked headache and sore muscles.

I have multiple jobs, a few of which don’t pay anything but they still require the work. I don’t have time to be down and out or not feeling my best. Just to be sure it was the flu, I checked for lists online and found the one below from Health Facty’s and I had each one of them. Yikes!

I didn't have any severe signs so I didn’t think it was the flu but now that the symptoms are lingering on and on, I'm looking back and now seeing what I should have noticed before. Since this all started the week after Christmas which makes it roughly 30 days ago, what can I do about it now? My throat is still sore at times, my headache is constant, my muscles feel like I've run a 5k when I've just walked from the bedroom to the bathroom. I need to get over this and the quicker the better so back online I went looking for a cure.

I was hoping for a magic pill or cure for being tired. Resting is all I have done for the past three days. What? That isn’t enough? I guess it’s time to go deeper into other cures and potions. Maybe handfuls of vitamins too.

If you have any home remedies or suggestions of how I can recover from this fatigue and sore muscles sooner, please send me a message. I’ll try anything at this point.
