Highway Sign Warns of Ice Possibility on an 84 Degree Day [VIDEO]

I got a huge laugh out of this! On Interstate 549 between Texarkana and Fouke, a highway sign posted this message "Slower Speed Recommended - Watch For Ice." It was in May on an 84 degree day!

I thought maybe they were running a test for a minute or two but the message stayed on the sign for a long time. Wonder if it is warning of a blizzard today!
