Good Turnout For Annual Christmas Parade Despite Chilly Weather [PHOTOS]
Despite a very cold wet drizzly night a large enthusiastic crowd of parade goers turned out for the 30th Annual Main Street Texarkana Christmas parade in downtown Texarkana last night (12/1). A festive crowd waved and cheered for their favorite floats and marching bands as they rolled by decorated in tinsel and garland. The theme of this year's parade was "It's a Mad, Mad Victorian Christmas" and featured steam punk floats and themes based around that area. Of course, the kids were in anticipation of the arrival of Santa Claus the highlight of the evening.
And if you are wondering who the winners were of the float division. Here are the winners!
