Platinum-selling recording artist Easton Corbin is coming to Texarkana on Friday, April 1, to Crossties Entertainment Venue in Downtown Texarkana.

Corbin, a Florida native was named the “Top New Country Artist” by Billboard in 2010, his self-titled album was named “Country Breakthrough Album of the Year” by iTunes Rewind Best of 2010. Corbin notched seven Top 10 singles including two #1 singles, “A Little More Country Than That” and “Roll With It.” Easton Corbin has won numerous American Music Awards as well as been nominated for countless others.

When Easton burst onto the country music scene his fans noticed his musical vocal style eerily sounded a lot like one of his inspirations George Strait. In fact, when you go to an Easton Corbin concert don't be surprised if he doesn't play an occasional George Strait song.  Having grown up listening to classic country and traditional country Corbin puts his own twist onto a more modern traditional country sound.

Probably one of my favorite Easton Corbin songs was one called "I Can't Love You Back," the video was a heartbreaker.

Easton recently dropped a new single “ Marry That Girl” from his forthcoming album coming out later this year. This song is really special to him because it was inspired by his wife, that feeling you get when you meet that special woman and think, “I’m gonna marry that girl.” Most recently, he performed the single on FOX’s hit reboot Joe Millionaire: for Richer or Poorer.
