Duck Central Has Operators Standing By – ‘Great Texarkana Duck Race’ is Saturday, August 18

That's right operators are waiting for you right now, unless you're reading this after closing time, then you will have to wait till they're back open again. It's Duck Season Again in Texarkana! It's time to adopt your ducks for the Great Texarkana Duck Race that's coming up Saturday, August 18 at Holiday Springs Water Park, presented by Christus St. Michael Health System.  

Ducks can be adopted for a donation of just $5 each, or you can adopt five ducks and get a sixth duck free for your donation of $25. Adoptions are available online at christusstmichaelfoundation.org, or call Duck Central at (903) 614-7223. Duck adoption papers can be obtained at Duck Central, CHRISTUS St. Michael Health System, 2600 St. Michael Drive, Texarkana, Texas, and through participating sponsors.

Once you have adopted your duck(s) you will have the opportunity to win great prizes including;

• Grand Prize is a 2018 Kia Forte LX from Classic Kia.
• $1,000 gift card for Dillards
• $1000 gift certificate to Holiday Cleaners
• $500 gift card from Super 1 Foods.
• A 65 Tundra Yeti Cooler from Ledwell Machinery

Proceeds from the 2018 Great Texarkana Duck Race will provide 3D mammography services at the CHRISTUS St. Michael Imaging Center.
