In the radio business, we've coined the phrase "Trip Down Memory Lane" to best describe a song that was popular during a certain time period. In the small town of Berryville, Arkansas a local man takes that a step further and brings back the nostalgic days with his vintage collectibles.

The 74-year-old retired former construction business owner is very passionate about everything he's collected over the years. He's got a story for every item and knows all the dates associated with them. He joked by saying,

"When I retired from the construction business I had to find something to do and this was it."

I'm sure it's all worth the time and effort if he's able to bring a memory or smile to someone's face about a more simple way of life. And we certainly all need that living in this world today.

Old Time Village

Memory Lane also features an old-time village that features a post office, barber shop, bank, Happy Days Diner, and a one-room schoolhouse, all filled with nostalgic items and merchandise including a popcorn and peanut machine, retro toys, scooters, wagons, Coca-Cola coolers, gas pumps, and even a few classic cars.
