‘Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’ Season 4 Reveals Ghostly New VFX Reel
It’s debatable which Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. outing relied the most on visual effects, though certainly Season 4 pushed limits with its flame-skulled, life-modeling and reality-warped twists. See for yourself in a VFX reel for the fourth season, showcasing how some of the biggest moments came to life.
Seeing as Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. isn’t likely to return for Season 5 until early 2018, CoSA VFX released a look behind the scenes of this past season, covering all the way through May’s finale. There’s a great deal of Gabriel Luna’s Ghost Rider and his flaming chain, of course, but plenty of LMD and holographic displays as well.
Elsewhere of Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., we know that Season 5 will take over the new Friday at 9:00 P.M. timeslot after the run of Marvel’s The Inhumans. Brett Dalton will not reprise his role as Grant Ward full-time, nor is the series necessarily expected to cross over with The Inhumans.
We’ll likely hear further details of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Season 5 over the summer, so stay tuned for the latest.
