A guy named Austin recently proposed to his girlfriend, Allison, while they were on the Voyager roller coaster at Holiday World and Splash Safari in Indiana. Austin made sure their friends sat in front of them so they could film the whole thing.

Austin had this to say about his relationship with Allison:

"At one point in time you had mentioned to me that life is like a roller coaster. And it's got its up and downs, it's got twists and turns, and it even throws you for a loop sometimes. And though you can go by yourself, it's a lot more fun to go with another person. So I wanted to ask you if you wanted to be my roller coaster buddy. Allie will you marry me?"

You don't actually see her answer in the video because they go over the first drop before she gets a chance. But she did say "yes," and no, he didn't drop the ring.

Austin later apologized to the park for violating its no camera policy on the roller coaster.

"Even though my friends helped capture this once-in-a-lifetime moment, it was brought to my attention that bringing a video recording device onto a roller coaster violates safety protocol. I want to apologize to Holiday World for breaking that rule and for any trouble this video may have caused."

The park had this reply.

"Congratulations, Austin and Allison. We wish you only the best. We appreciate your apology for breaking our no-cameras rule and remind everyone to be safe while riding and obey all posted and verbal safety instructions. May all your adventures as husband and wife make you hang on tight, scream a little, laugh a lot, and bring you happily back home again."
