Last week I told you about the Hot Springs Treehouses, in my quest to find the most unique places to stay for Valentine's Day or anytime. This week, let me tell you about a Tropical treehouse paradise only 60 minutes away in Arkadelphia, Arkansas.

It's named the Toucan Treehouse and it is located in a plush 10-acre jungle-type garden setting complete with a canal lagoon nestled in between 250 acres of forests and five miles of hiking trails. The Toucan Treehouse is surrounded by four beautiful lakes and overlooks Lake Winnamocka. The treehouse itself stands 35 feet into the air with stairs and has a cargo lift for your luggage and other necessities. The treehouse feature a master bedroom, 2 loft bunks, a tile bath/shower with a heated floor, and a bidet. You can cook all your favorites in a modern-style kitchen that even Tarzan and Jane would envy. And if that's not enough, three porches to sit out on at night for a little star gazing or kissing under the moonlight. Talk about bringing the animal instincts out of you!

Gilligan and all his castaways would have loved this place with ruins of a lost temple, frontier fort, pirates cave Arrhhh, along with two lifesize pirate ships, and a Native American tipi village. You will definitely feel like Captain Johhny Sparrow when you stay at the Toucan Treehouse.
