Get ready for the rumbling sound of motorcycles this Saturday. It's a big day for the Toys for Tots campaign. The New Boston Riders will be riding in their Annual Dwight Neville Memorial Christmas Ride Bike Parade through town that will start a day full of fun and of course toys. It all takes place this Saturday, December 11 with the parade beginning at Central Mall.

The Annual Morning Toys for Tots Bike Parade

The New Boston Riders will leave the CVS parking lot in New Boston at 9 AM and will arrive at Central Mall in Texarkana by 9:30 AM. The Bike Parade will leave Central Mall at 10 AM at the parking lot of Commercial National Bank. They will ride down New Boston Road to Texas Blvd. Then to 7th Street, onto Stateline up to Texas Blvd to College Drive. The parade will then make its way back to the Central Mall area.

Great Activities Begin After the Bike Parade

Then the Toy Collection will begin along with a car show, a bike show and live music.

At 12 PM the fun will move to the Texas Elks Lodge located at 3702 New Boston Road in Texarkana, Texas for the auction portion of the fundraiser.

Admission is just $5 or a new unwrapped toy.

The Toys for Tots campaign is a charity program from the United States Marine Corps that raises money and collects toys for underprivileged children in 11 surrounding counties and last year the program gave toys to 3,140 children.
