Small Business Expo and Local Mayors Challenge Oct. 15

Set your calendars for Thursday, Oct. 15, because the Small Business Expo will be taking place in downtown Texarkana on Main Street in front of Pecan Point Brewery from 3-7PM.

According to the Texarkana Chamber of Commerce, this will be a fun community event with participating vendors, food trucks, Kicker music, and best of all, our twin city mayors will be conducting a friendly Mayor competition. Texas-side Mayor Bob Bruggeman will be going up against Arkansas side Mayor Allen Brown. Both mayors will be challenging each other in games such as pumpkin bowling, pie eating, corn hole, and steer roping. You won't want to miss this opportunity to bet on your favorite mayor and cheer them on to victory.
