From Texarkana take a two and half-hour drive to Conway for a visit to Creepy Works. You will be completely psyched out at every turn in this madhouse of terror that has very realistic scenes and settings that will disturb your mind and thoughts. This place is not for the squeamish! 3. Magic Screams

Take the short drive from Texarkana to Magic Screams (Magic Springs) during the month of October on weekends. This popular theme park has been totally transformed into a haunted theme park with something for all ages. This year's theme is "Wasteland," with a haunted house, trick-or-treat trail, the undead cemetery, a hay maze, and more. As you walk around the park you never know what creature you may run into from zombies, and fairies, to creepy clowns. You're going to love the Slash Dance with fun and games and live entertainment from Wicked Fire.

4. Nightmares

Nightmares Haunted House has been terrifying people for over 30 years in Bentonville. People have driven from all over the state to jump on board the Phantom 13 bus ride to the haunted house and another attraction the Maximum Terror Drive. Open Friday and Saturday nights in October. 5. The Reaper Haunted House

The name says it all, The Reaper Haunted House in North Little Rock has found a new location this year at 15310 MacArthur Drive. This is hailed as the #1 most intense haunted house in the state, see if you have what it takes to survive a gut-wrenching night in the house of the reaper.
