Woman Finds 190k Lottery Ticket in Purse

Rhonda Williams, a 55-year-old Georgia woman, told reporters last week that she found the Fantasy 5 lottery ticket at the very bottom of her purse after she decided to clean it out on a whim. Turns out, she'd picked the winning numbers from a January 17 drawing worth 190 thousand dollars.
