Do you remember when we did not have digital cameras?

Remember how you had to buy a roll of film, carefully load it into the back of the camera so you didn't screw it up, and then be choosey about selecting which photos you took because you didn't want to waste your film?

You then had to take the film to a store and pay to have it developed. Digital cameras and smart phones have changed all of that. We now snap photos of anything and everything.

We no longer have to think about what we're taking pictures of because we're not limited to a number. We can take pictures of people, places and things. Things that later we wonder, 'why did I take that photo?'. There's nothing to stop us which is probably why you have hundreds of photos on your smart phone.
