Nobody uses a smartphone to make calls. A smartphone is for searching and Facebooking. The typical smartphone owner spends nearly an hour per day web browsing (25 minutes browsing and 17 minutes on social media). They also use their gadget to escape boredom by playing games (14 minutes per day) and listening to music (16 minutes).

According to the latest survey, the 5th most popular way to use a smartphone is to make calls. We almost spend as much time texting (10 minutes) and emailing (11 minutes per day) with our phone than we do actually talking on it.
