Wes’s Lake Weekend At River’s Edge Hideaway[VIDEO]

I had a chance to take my first family vacation over the weekend and it was a blast.

We have some friends that have a cabin on the Little Missouri river and we got to use it for the weekend and the view was unbelievable.

On Friday afternoon we met up with folks to float the river. It was the first time I had floated in quite some time and the trip was great. The float lasted almost four hours.

On Saturday morning a small tree has fallen across the road to the cabin and my wife thought it was funny to share this picture of me moving it so we could get out to go to the lake.

We spent Saturday on the lake on a house boat and had a chance to enjoy the cool water. Grant and Addy had a very big time.

On Sunday while getting ready for breakfast we spotted a deer in the woods across from the cabin. Look closely you will see him having a little breakfast.

On Sunday as we were getting ready to go I asked my son Grant to ride one more lap around the cabin.
