Wes and Mimi Compare ‘Takis’ and ‘Great Value’ Brand Snacks

I recently discovered how yummy and addicting "Takis" are, which are mini rolled corn tortilla chips, when Wes introduced them to me. Then, my stepson brought some home, too. While shopping for another bag to replace the one I downed at home, I came across a larger "Great Value" brand bag so we put them to the test to see which one was better.

What we discovered while taste-testing the two brands, it is that it is best not to try one right after the other. Watch the look on Wes' face while trying the snacks.

The results: The "Great Value" is good all by itself when not eating it right after the "Takis." The "Great Value" brand has more of a corn chip flavor than the name brand.

End result, both brands are good but the "Takis" rule.
