We all know that when the temps go up outside, sometimes we get a bit irritable but you may be surprised to find out how else the climbing temps could affect you.

Sure, we are all sick of the rain, mud and cold weather. Spring is here and finally we are getting a break from the rain with a few days of decent weather. Most of us would like to have an actual Spring with milder temperatures so we can enjoy some outdoor activities. I would be happy with 50s and 60s for a while. When it gets warmer than that the wasps come out and the mosquitoes try to carry us off.

According to Live Science, there are three strange ways that changes in temperature can affect decision-making.

1.  Women are less likely to wear red when it's warm out, but only if they're OVULATING.  Researchers think it's a subconscious way to attract men.  And it happens more in the winter, because you don't have the option of showing skin.

2.  You judge people differently.  In a study last year, people had to look at mugshots and decide whether a crime was premeditated or not.  And they were much more likely to think it was premeditated if they were sitting in a cold room.

3.  You watch different movies.  A study in 2012 had people sit in either a cold room or a warm one, and pick out movies to watch.  And they were more likely to choose a romantic comedy when the room they were in was cold.
