Update on Texarkana Homicide

Texas side police have released more information on a shooting that occurred last night.Police have identified the victim as 25 year old  Xavier Rollins. Rollins was found shot to death outside the River Crossing Apartment Complex around 11:45 p.m. last night.

Authorities were called initially on a shots fired call, and were told while in route that there was a gunshot victim.
