Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival May 5

The Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival is in its fourth year and you need to make plans to be there Saturday, May 5.

This unique festival gives wine lovers the chance to spend the day enjoying wine from many of Texas's best wineries, as well as food, art, and other specialty vendors. The festival will take place at Spring Lake Park and will open at 11 AM and will conclude at 7 PM.

Terrie Arnold, Executive Director of the Alzheimer's Alliance said.

"The Twice as Fine Texarkana Wine Festival has helped the Alzheimer’s Alliance expand our services significantly. The success of last year’s festival enabled the Alzheimer’s Alliance to add a third day of respite care to Our Place Day Respite Center."

The festival is free for all who want to come out and enjoy the arts and music. If you would like to try some of the many varieties of wine available for tasting tickets are only $10 and includes a souvenir wine glass and a wine bag.
