The animal shelter in Texarkana, Ark., often face issues of having enough space for all of the animals coming in. In recent weeks, the shelter was full and had to put animals to sleep to make room for all of the new owner surrenders and strays coming in daily. It is not fair to the dogs so we must get their faces out so people can adopt these babies before it is too late. Some of these dogs were waiting for their owners to find them but they didn't so know they are on the adoption floor.
