Bad news for full service restaurants, ACSI says consumers have switched from a year ago and now prefer fast food restaurants over full service restaurants. It is just a slight switch and let's face it, we all like to eat. According to the 2017 ACSI Report, these are the top 10 full service restaurants:

No. 1: Cracker Barrel (ACSI Score 84)

No. 2: Texas Roadhouse (ACSI Score of 82)

No. 3: A Tie Between - Olive Garden and Red Lobster (ACSI Score of 81)

No. 5: Outback Steakhouse (ACSI Score of 80)

No. 6: Applebee's (ACSI Score of 79)

No. 7: Ruby Tuesday (ACSI Score of 78)

No. 8: LongHorn Steakhouse (ACSI Score of 77)

No. 9: TGI Fridays (ACSI Score of 76)

No. 10: Red Robin (ACSI Score of 73)

The ACSI uses data from interviews with roughly 180,000 customers annually as inputs to an econometric model for analyzing customer satisfaction with more than 300 companies in 43 industries and 10 economic sectors, including various services of federal and local government agencies.
