The Third Annual Sporting Clays Tournament is this Sunday, September 21.

Texarkana Young Life and Guaranty Bank have teamed up to bring you this fun and beneficial event. The tournament is a 100 round course that mimics various game and bird hunting scenarios, and is very similar to "skeet shooting." The four person teams move through different stations shooting clay targets. Registration is at 1 p.m. and the tournament begins at 2 p.m. Single shooter fee is $100; team of 4 is $400. There will be raffles and door prizes. Lunch will also be provided.

Young Life Leaders are committed to being involved in kids' lives -- from supporting them at their sporting events to listening to them talk about what's important to them. YL Leaders help kids consider the direction of their lives, and they offer hope for their future.  All proceeds benefit Young Life, a non-denominational Christian organization, and the great things they do for our youth in Texarkana. You can register online at their website or visit their Facebook page.
