As the nation waits patiently to find out just who the heck is going to be judging American Idol, the rumors keep flying.  The latest involves a report that Jennifer Lopez rumored to be 100 percent confirmed to return wants Scooter Braun, Justin Bieber's manager, to be the third judge.  Well, another act that Scooter manages thinks that's a fantastic idea.

Max George of The Wanted, who are just one of Braun's growing stable of acts, seemed unaware of the rumor various sources spread on Friday, but he said he was all for it.  "I actually think it's perfect for Scooter, American Idol," said Max. "He's got that sort of confidence and charisma about him."

Max then asked if Scooter's participation on the show was a "rumor going 'round."  When told yes, he replied, "Yeah, yeah, I think he'd do a great job on there, and hopefully he could put us on there a few times as well!"

Us Weekly magazine initially reported that Scooter was in talks to join J-Lo and Keith Urban on the panel, that Jennifer "loves" him, thinks he'd be an "excellent choice," and would "love him to be a judge."

Braun does have an eye for talent: in addition to discovering an unknown Biebs on YouTube and managing The Wanted, he also looks after the careers of Carly Rae Jepsen, PSY, Ariana Grande and others.  However, insiders say that the deal can never happen because Braun would insist on managing the winner, a right that American Idol creator Simon Fuller would never give up.
