Texas Side Police Investigating Another Shooting Incident

Texarkana, Texas Police are investigating the latest shooting incident in the city.Authorities say officers were dispatched to a large disturbance in the 1200 block of Carroll Street and were advised that a shooting victim has been transported to the hospital. The victim who is from DeSoto Texas was shot in the foot.
