The State of Texas is set to execute a death row inmate tonight. It will be the first execution since the botched attempt in Oklahoma in April.Attorney's representing Robert Campbell are trying to get the courts to stay the scheduled execution on the heels of the flawed results in Oklahoma. They believe the state of Texas should have to reveal who is supplying the execution drugs.

Campbell is condemned for the 1991 rape and murder of a bank teller. Texas is the nations busiest state regarding executions.
