Texas A&M University-Texarkana is proud to present Homecoming 2015. Homecoming is more than a soccer game. It is a week celebrating A&M-Texarkana, uniting students and organizations, our proud alumni, and showcasing Eagle Pride and Eagle Spirit during one of the newest traditions on the Texas A&M-Texarkana campus.

Each day of Homecoming there are different events for students, alumni, and the TAMU-T community. Enjoy Homecoming classics such as the Bonfire, Banner Competition, and Distinguished Alumni and Faculty Celebration and discover the new events in the 2015 schedule.

Monday, September 28:

Spirit Banner Competition: Student organization submit banners for the  the Spirit Banner Competition.

Staff Office Decorating Contest

The Eagle Roundup is a Celebration of distinguished alumni and faculty is set for Thursday, Oct. 1, at 6:30PM at Eagle Hall in the University Center.

Mark Bledsoe (BS ‘88, MSIS ‘89) of the United Way of Greater Texarkana and Jill Whittington (MSBA ‘11) of Humco Holding Group are serving as event chair and co-chair, respectively.

Both say this year’s celebration, which is set during A&M-Texarkana Homecoming Week, promises to be both exciting and entertaining.

The Eagle Roundup will include an old-fashioned barbecue with all of the trimmings, and great music by the Texarkana party-band Split Decision, featuring A&M-Texarkana alumnus and faculty member Selena Jefferies. Tickets are $35 and are on sale now.
