Texarkana Woman Arrested After Causing Disturbance at Local Busin

A local woman was arrested and faces charges after causing a disturbance and damaging items inside a local business after becoming angry.

Texarkana Texas Police say 22 year old Tkeshon Trotter was arrested for Criminal Mischief after she caused a large disturbance at Cold Stone Creamery on Sunday afternoon. Authorities say she apparently became upset when employees wouldn't give her the refund that she believed she was owed.

That is when authorities allege she started breaking things inside the store and threw several of the pre-made cakes that were in the freezer. In all, authorities say she is estimated to have caused over $400 in damages.

Officer Mark Shermer stopped her as she was trying to leave the area and arrested her. Trotter was taken to the Bi-State Jail and bond set at $3,000.

The investigation into the incident is ongoing.
