It started raining about 4 a.m. and that transitioned to sleet about 4:45 a.m. The streets around Texarkana are not bad at the moment, but you should expect that to change fairly quickly as the sleet continues. Road crews are already out this morning working on the streets and highways, but please stay off the roadways if at all possible.
